Presentation of the first results of the Clearinghouse of Systematic Reviews at the well-being conference in Helsinki
The PEROSH project members presented the status quo and first results of the Clearing house project of systematic reviews during the Well being conference organised in February by FIOH in Helsinki.
The “Clearinghouse of Systematic Reviews on Occupational Safety and Health” started in 2009 and aims at collecting systematic reviews on occupational health topics and exchanging experiences on any aspect of systematic reviews.

After defining the scope and target group of the database, the group developed inclusion and classification criteria as well as search strategies for systematic reviews on occupational health. Some literature searches have already been done and will be presented, but
future input of the scientific community would be desirable.

The Clearinghouse has set up a web-based tool to provide existing occupational health evidence from systematic reviews in a transparent and user-friendly manner. It constitutes a useful information tool for researchers, stakeholders and professionals.
