Letter to the European Commission on European research collaboration in OSH
On the occasion of the ending of the NEW OSH ERA-project funded under the 6th Framework Programme, PEROSH has sent a letter to the European Commission.
With this letter, PEROSH wishes to stress the importance of joint research efforts on a European level and to convey its commitment to continue its joint R&D efforts in line with the strategy of the European Commission to work towards a European research area and joint programming. Furthermore, PEROSH wanted to emphasise its belief in the need forinnovation of the OSH research and the necessity to give the OSH research a stronger European voice and visibility in order to promote the benefits for employees, enterprises and societies of healthier, longer and more productive working lives.
