Mission
The partnership for European Research in Occupational Safety and Health (PEROSH) was established in November 2003 in Rome and aims at strenghtening European research in occupational safety and health.
The 13 member institutes of PEROSH aim to cooperate and coordinate their research and development efforts for healthier, longer and more productive working lives and to counsel, support and cooperate with the EU and the national authorities of Europe in their role policy development and enforcement.
In order to achieve this, and to improve the quality of research and development and of the dissemination of results, members seek to
- pool resources and share knowledge across the institutions and countries.
- set up a proactive dialogue with the EU and other OSH-stakeholders internationally and nationally
- cooperate with external research centres and OSH-related institutions and networks
- collaborate on EU R&D projects and programmes
- promote the partnership
